Managing Your Subscription
Billing & SubscriptionUpgrade, downgrade, cancel, or manage your billing settings at any time.
You can manage all aspects of your subscription from the Billing page in your account settings.
Changing plans
- Upgrade: Switch to a higher plan at any time. The price difference is prorated.
- Downgrade: Switch to a lower plan. Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Switch billing period: Change between monthly and annual billing.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- Cancel through the Stripe billing portal (one click)
- Your generated thumbnails are never deleted
Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy on paid subscriptions. Contact us at contact@thumbeast.com to request a refund.
Warning
Credits do not roll over month-to-month. Unused credits expire at the start of each billing cycle.
